Hi Gregory,
Can you provide details as to how you got this exception?

Here is all the steps that I did:

- Download the trunk of Magnolia
- Create a new directory called /magnolia-module-dms/ in the checkouted directory of Magnolia
- Checkout the trunk of the dms module
- "/mvn -P webapp eclipse:eclipse -Dwtpversion=1.5/" in the directory of Magnolia
- the same command in the directory of the dms module
- import everything in eclipse
- launch the server once.
- Get the message in the console that I have to update!?
- So I open the welcoming magnolia page in my browser, and find a page that contains a link that redirects to another page concerning update?
Is it because I had an old .m2 repository from an older version?
- This update page list all the module concerned by this updating process
- Ok let's go, I do the update and during it I got this error.

I'm currently trying to find out why I have to update for a fresh install, but apparently it's normal because of the bootstrap phase.
I think that a task is failing but not sure, I have to go deeper.
Did you upgrade from a previous version? (you mentionned a fresh install, but the exception sounds like an update). From which version exactly?

No it's really a fresh install, except that I have an old .m2 respository.
Just a guess: did you also rebuild the dms module ?

Yes, as I described previously.

Thanks for your help, Gregory
