Showroom" with examples on how to use the different controls

I am trying to add a select controlType to a paragraph dialog, but I have
not been able to find any examples or documentation in how to define the
available options.
Should I add an additional content node of name "option" or "options" and
add the various values as "option" or "option1", "option2", ... to that?
