We have a similar environment (Linux, RHEL4 64-bit AMD Opteron), 3.1-SNAPSHOT,
JBoss 4.05 and 4.2.x with 8GB memory...Everything is running OK on our setup....

- what persistance manager are you using (Derby?)
- what is the exact exception you are getting?

Thanks

Amir
