Tom We are running 3.1 and I am familiar how FCKEditor stores the internal links. Your explanation confirms my understanding of the process as well (you should post this on the dev wiki perhaps)
The issue I am facing is how do I find the paragraphs or pages that contain those paragraphs so that I can go and fix them....
