Hi,

We're encountering the following area on our Public instance (the author area 
is working fine).  We were encountering the dreaded "too many open file" 
problem on the server, which a reboot fixed.  Now however, the Public site is 
throwing this error:

java.lang.NullPointerException: info/magnolia/license/LicenseManager
        
info.magnolia.enterprise.registration.RegistrationFilter.isRegistered(RegistrationFilter.java:123)
        
info.magnolia.enterprise.registration.RegistrationFilter.handle(RegistrationFilter.java:88)
        
info.magnolia.enterprise.registration.RegistrationFilter.doFilter(RegistrationFilter.java:75)
        
info.magnolia.cms.filters.MagnoliaManagedFilter$CustomFilterChain.doFilter(MagnoliaManagedFilter.java:92)
        
info.magnolia.cms.filters.MagnoliaManagedFilter.doFilter(MagnoliaManagedFilter.java:65)

Are the two problems related?  Did something get corrupted?
