Hi Claudio, would not it be just easier for you to go to the WEB-INF/config/magnoliaPublic directory and re-apply all your configuration changes on the files there and then rename whole directory to match the name of your public instance. And only then run the installation. Then your newly created public instance will have all the configuration correct.
