Hi Andreas,
there is also difference in security permissions between author and public.
Perhaps easiest thing you can do it so rename
WEB-INF/config/magnoliaPublic folder to match the name of your public
instance and then install it again. This time it should get configured
as public by itself.

1. admin = false
2. deleted subscribers
3. changed default URI to /help.html
4. something is missing ???
