Hey List!
I recently updated to 3.5.4 and tried to configure everthing to
finish the
installer.
But 2 kind of errors doenst disappear :(
first one:
Since Magnolia 3.5, the main Magnolia filter is
info.magnolia.cms.filters.MgnlMainFilter, and it must be mapped with
dispatchers REQUEST, FORWARD and, optionally, ERROR. Please add
<dispatcher>REQUEST</dispatcher> <dispatcher>FORWARD</dispatcher>
<dispatcher>ERROR</dispatcher> to the filter-mapping element in
your web.xml
file.
<snip>
I switched it to FORWARD just to see if its used... works perfectly
because
the installer site wasnt reachable in that configuration...
So what do I miss?
Same as the other thread, please have a look at
http://svn.magnolia.info/view/magnolia/tags/magnolia-3.5.4/magnolia-
empty-webapp/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/web.xml?rev=14340&view=markup
Second one:
Workspace definition in workspace
P:\path\to\magnoliaAuthor\repositories\magnolia\workspaces\config
\workspace.xml
references indexer which has changed; please update value of
parameter named
textFilterClasses in your workspace.xml file.
Well I deleted my repository to force a clean bootstrap... but the
errors
stays... what do I miss here?
Hmm. Two things: 1) if you deleted your repositories, it doesn't
sound to me like you're upgrading, but you're simply starting from
scratch, so you're complicated your life for nothing :) 2) the
release notes[1] mention that you should "replace the WEB-INF/config/
repo-conf directory content with the new one". In your case, the
repositories get recreated based on the old repo-conf template
configuration files, which is why the installer complains about the
indexer classes and so on.
