Hey

You can try to change the magnolia.repositories.home in the magnolia.properties.

So change magnolia.repositories.home=repositories to 
magnolia.repositories.home=repositories/dev or
magnolia.repositories.home=repositories/test

I'm not sure if this will work, but try it.
