I changed magnolia.repositories.home in 
WEB-INF/config/default/magnolia.properties and it has taken effect  ( i just
need to login for every restart now) , even though the context of the webapp
is magnoliaAuthor and there's an almost empty
WEB-INF/config/magnoliaAuthor/magnolia.properties ; wonder how it looks at
the default file!
