Thanks for your replies. I guess I'll go for Thomas' reply to hijack the mailtracking feature if I cannot use the Poll module or integrate an existing Online-Survey in an Iframe, because I don't know perl.

Depending on the number of users you expect, you could either have Perl write to a .csv text file, write to a database, or, if you want to do it all fancy :o) you could write it straight in Excel format - I believe there's a module for that. The output of the CGI could be a redirect to a Magnolia-based "Thank you" page, or you could generate the "Thank you" in Perl and provide a link back to your Magnolia site.
