[magnolia-user] in config instead of web.xml?

I would like to setup a custom module which needs a bunch of <context- 
param> tags in the web.xml. Now I was able to move the <servlet> and  
<serlet-mapping> stuff to config:/server/filters/servlets/... - can  
one do the same with context-param config stuff?
