Hi Rainer,

thx for the link. It is a nice source of infos. The documentation isnt really helpfull for developper. It just gives a rough overview of magnolia and much of the stuff described there is not really accurate in magnolia 3.6.1.

regards

@ 1. please read this:

You have to decide whether you wanna use synchronous or asynchronous i18n - that means one page carries all contents OR you have one page for english
another one for french and so on.

BTW there is nothing about i18n in documentation.magnollia.info : ( at least
i couldnt find anything

@ 2. This is possible using the magnolia API - but you should think about
granting write access to public users. This is not a core feature of
magnolia, magnolia manages contents and the backend is used in general to
modify those contents.

Hi all,

i am new to magnolia and there are 2 things i had like to know:

1) Is Magnolia supporting internationalization? if yes how is that
supposed to work?

2) Is it possible to change the value of nodeDatas from template
scripts (JSP)?. I.e. if i have a nodeData named "number" and it has
the value "3". Can i change it somehow to "5" or something else from
my template?

Any help would be appreciated

Best regards
