Can *other* users activate ?

The "workflow-base" role is only there as a simple means to have the inbox menu point in users' admin central. The "publishers" group (note the plural form) is only a "marker" group with no specific permissions (other than "workflow-base", probably) but used by the workflow (check the default wf definition) - activation requests are assigned to this group.

hi list,

after migrating from 3.0 to 3.5.8 we now got the problem, that the superuser
cant activate anything, neither users, pages, documents...

The "activate page" Buton is grey and not clickable.

The superuser has the group "publisher", which has the role "workflow-base"
- is this important?

thx for any hints.

greetings
