we are using Magnolia Version 3.5.4 for our application.
We have an edit dialog in the front-end for an element of the dms
repository.
We restrict the user rights a little bit so that the user can edit an
element but is not able to remove the whole entry from the dms.
Full permissions would be 63. We deny the remove permission so we end
up in 59.
What we found out now is that closing the dialog with a save after
editing it, internally does a remove of the node and adds a new one.
The Tomcat log says
info.magnolia.cms.security.AccessDeniedException: User not allowed to
Remove path ...
So now, my question is, how to restrict the user from deleting nodes
but grant him the permission to edit it?
