Images placed in the content with the FCK Editor? Select the image,
then hit the link button and add the link to it.
Images placed into the content with a custom dialog? Add a link
control to the dialog and check in your jsp paragraph or page template
if a link was selected and then let the template construct the <a> tag
around your image.
Or did I misunderstand your question?
