I had a similar problem once. Of course on could write some code that
goes through all nodes looking for the old paragraph name and changing
it... but I simply exported the contents to an XML, did a
search&replace on it and reimported the content.
If you do... please back up your content first, because "It's not my
fault!" (TM)
