Hmm. I've noticed it just recently when using an embedded Jetty - and
since this has a couple of other similar quirks, I didn't bother much.
Would you be so kind as to report this on Jira so we can and try and
reproduce the problem and eventually fix it ?
No worries though, it should have no impact at all - you're shutting
down, so the observers are going to be killed anyhow.

It's the Tomcat bundle with the default two webapps in. I have done
all my fancy multiple site stuff inside those.
