Probably your publish instance is not right installed as publish instance. In
magnolia.properties some properties has to be set.
To fix this problem with the anonymous role afterwards you have to delete it
on the publish instance and import the right role from your
magnolia-core.jar. In the mgnl-bootstrap folder of this jar there are two
anonymous roles. You have to take the bootstrap file in the public folder.
