Hey Matteo, you are right, some of us might be too close to the project to think something obvious when it is in fact not. Why don't you start "begginers guide" or similar page on wiki and put there all problems and solutions to them as you go along. It will help others starting with Magnolia and more experienced users can comment/edit with their solutions to those common bumps/issues so you get the benefits as well.
