We do, when we release them, and snapshots are also available on a

I think Julie already has a running Magnolia and is specifically
talking about the Public User Registration module.
Binaries are available in our maven repo (http://repo.magnolia.info),
and if not, our builds are using maven. "mvn clean install" should do.
