No diea, I do only have a 32 bit system here (both host and client).

a command like

$> ssh tfoerste@trinity "rm -rf t3; mkdir t3; cd t3; trinity -C4"

usually needs 10 till 15 min to trigger the issue. With just 1 trinity
task (-C1) however it needs often a hour or more.
