Hi,
I've initialized my uml configuration like this :
I compiled Kernel 2.6.11
$ make menuconfig ARCH=am
...
$ make linux ARCH=am
I've downloaded
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/user-mode-linux/Debian-3.0r0.ext2.bz2
for root_fs
I launch :
$ ./vmlinux root=/dev/ubd/disc0/disc ubd0=Debian-3.0r0.ext2
My error is in my file attached.
I don't understand why I've "Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to
mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)" message.
Someone I've solution ?
I've solved this problem :
I enable in-build (not module) ext2 and ext3 in my kernel configuration.
