If you can't get them to respond, then it's time to consider other
options. If you have tried to contact him (something I haven't seen or
been aware of), then you're obviously well ahead of me in this. I was
responding to your earlier "What if the owner becomes unavailable..."
question, a situation we didn't appear to be in at the time.

In fact, this is the first message I've noted where you've asked for the
name of the owner. I believe his name (from the list archives) was Dave
Pearson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. Have you tried to contact him directly?
