Change my host disk options?

Hi all,

Is there a way to change my disk mount settings? I ran into a not enough disk 
space problem later in installing services. Now I am resetting everything. The 
host checks returned warning:
        The following registered hosts have issues related to disk space
        Issues
        Not enough disk space
 I have little space on my mount on /
but I have more space at/grid or /home
Where can I change that setting?
