The ControllerModule is iterating over all classes which are instances of NotificationDispatcher and binding them to a singleton instance. At this point in the startup, the classes have been identified and the only real work being done is a conversation from a String to a Class instance before having guice create the bindings.
Can you produce a thread thump during those 6 minutes so we can see where the time is being spent?
