The HA examples for blueprints do include HA NN and RM. However I have heard from colleagues that they had needed to install the HA namenode - along with ZK, JournalNode, and ZKFC - *prior *to launching the ambari blueprints.
So then what is the prescribed overall approach? thanks stephenb
