Hi, We encountered the following error when creating cluster: INFO 2016-03-29 02:22:11,460 NetUtil.py:59 - Connecting to https://ambari-server-hostname:8440/connection_info WARNING 2016-03-29 02:22:11,461 NetUtil.py:82 - Failed to connect to https://ambari-server-hostname:8440/connection_info due to [Errno 111] Connection refused
Port 8440 is Handshake Port for Ambari Agents to Ambari Server. (1) ps -ef | grep ambari-server shows that ambari server is up(2) netstat -nlp | grep 8440 shows that port 8440 is up Any clue why ambari agent failed to connect to Ambari server? Any help is highly appreciated... -fay
