question about setup ambari web dev environment on win 10

Hi AMBARI experts，

  As subject，  I have below questions:
  1. which version of node.js and npm should I choose to setup an ambari 
web release 2.7.3 dev environment？
  2. Is win 10 suppprted by ambari release 2.7.3 as a dev environment 
OS？or I must do this on Linux？

 Any help will be highly appreciated.
