Hi all, After a successful build, I copied ambari-server_2.7.6.0.0-dist.deb to an Ubuntu 18 server and installed.
Run ambari-server setup and run with the defaults. Whan I check the log I see a bunch of [Stack Version Loading Thread] errors stating Could not load version definition for HDP-xxxx (a bunch of versions) identified by https://archivew.cloudera.com/p/HDP/... Urls Of course, these are all behind a paywall, so how does ambari work with these restrictions? I am also going to assume that apache bigtop 3.0.0 which uses ambari 2.7.5 will also suffer from this malady. I also tried installing and running on the build system and saw the same server log errors despite there being no visible build errors. If this is a dev email and not a user email I apologise. Some of you may have previously scraped HDP from cloudera before they locked everything behind a fence, and suffer no problems. Thanks in advance Marc
