Each projects has a tree of build jobs. Each job has a set of
requirements (OS, third party software,...). The jobs can be executed in
parallel or sequentially (or both). Each computer can handle only one
job at a time. Seems like a task for asymmetric clustering.
Is there anything written I can use?
