It is exactly the same.
I�m also referencing all needed jar-files in the manifest
in the jar file that I execute ?
Do I have to nethertheless define a nested classpath in <java> ?
 

I think that the jar files mentioned in the manifest will only be used 
if you set  these attributes in your <java/> tag :
fork="true" jar="name of the jar file"
