How to find if rexx is installed using ANT

Hi all,

My project has a dependency on Rexx Scripts. I am calling the Rexx Scripts
within Ant.
Before that I would want to check if users have rexx installed in there
systems or not.
If not set, I would want to exit out of the ant.

How do I achieve this?
