SPLASH task

Hi,

Ok this is not really important, but I would like to make this splash task work 
...

        <setproxy proxyhost="${proxy.ip}" proxyport="8080"/>
        <splash imageurl="http://www.biwa.ne.jp/~jinno/hdks.gif"/>

Proxy IP is correct, port is correct, URL is correct, the whole can be viewed 
with IE correctly with same config ...
So what can be wrong ?
