A more flexible solution may be:
<property name="myincludes" value="**/folderA/**/*.jar,**/folderB/**/*.jar"/>
<fileset dir="${lib.dir}" includes="${myincludes}"/>
You can define the property "myincludes" in a property file alternatively.
