I have not tried, but you could try the following:
1) <compilerarg value="-endorseddirs lib"/> should be
<compilerarg line="-endorseddirs lib"/> or
<compilerarg value="-endorseddirs"/> <compilerarg value="lib"/>
2) use fork="yes on the <javac tag.
