I am using the below in my build.xml, but not able to print the start date
& time.

<format property="DSTAMP" pattern="d-MMMM-yyyy hh:mm aa"/>
</tstamp>
<echo>$${build.start.time}=${DSTAMP}</echo>
Can you please suggest..
