Use of the "If else" condition in ANT

Hi,
  
  I am trying to use the if else condition in ANT, can someone gimme an example 
as to how this can be used.
  Here's what I am trying to do
  
  --> Search for a String in a text file
  --> If found --do target A
  --> Else -- do  target B
