Manual sais it uses nested filesets ... :(
Lets have a look into the source ...
public void addLib(ZipFileSet fs) {

fs.setPrefix("WEB-INF/lib/");
super.addFileset(fs);
}
no - only filesets.
Then I only know the workaround via tmp directory ...
