OK, did that. I'm looking at the console output.

Is there anything there that I should be looking for as an indicator of an
error?

The last block of text says that it is loading settings for my ivysettings.xml
file. Then it goes on to list a bunch of ivy specific settings in light purple
text. But nothing says failed or parse error.

One thing I just noticed in my plugin configuration. 'Apache Ivy 2.0.0.cr2'
which was listed as part of the IvyDE update site I installed as well, but it
has an error X next to it and the status says: "The feature is not configured
properly. Plugin 'org.apache.ivy' version '2.0.0.cr2' referenced by this
feature is missing." So it can't reference itself? And I'm not sure if that's
part of my mysterious settings file parse problem. Might be a separate issue.

Switch your eclipse console to ivy console to see more details. (there is a
small drop down on the upper left side of your eclipse console)

One way to try fixing this issue is remove the ivy.xml from libraries and add
it back.
