Use separate excludesfile specifiers,

i.e.
<dirset dir="${src.dir}" >
  <excludesfile name="ignore1.properties" />
  <excludesfile name="ignore2.properties" />
</dirset>

I haven't tried it myself, but the documentation indicates that the dirset task 
supports it.
