Lewis, The error would appear in the console on the terminal window you ran the server script from please take a look at the console window, also if you notice the output you have posted does nothave the schema.org triples that are present in the webpage that you extracted the triples from, so it seems you are able to reproduce the issue and as I mentioned earlier ,the fix suggested in the Jira ticket is fixing the issue with the missing triples.
