Hi Stephan,

Thanks for the feedback.  The esa-maven-plugin is the best way to build
ESAs if you're using Maven.  If you're using ant, then you can use the zip
task (an ESA is essentially a zip).  If you're using Eclipse, then the
WebSphere Developer Tools (available on the Eclipse Marketplace) support
ESAs using the "Liberty Feature Project" type.

I'll see about doing a release of the esa-maven-plugin.
