By the way, for everyone, we have a constraint: we can't organize an
Apache project event 3 weeks around CommunityOverCode. This year,
CommunityOverCode will be 11-14 September 2025, in Minneapolis.

So, it means that Arrow Meetup can't be in September.

As proposed, let me draft a document that I will share here and where
everyone can contribute on.
