Hi Miguel,

I think it's reasonable to do a new release, given that the last
release was ~6 months ago.

I might be able to have time to do it, have to check a couple things
on my end, and given that I am planning to release Arrow 24.0.0 from
the main apache/arrow repository in a couple weeks it might be viable
to do it in parallel.
