Missing create entity types in UI

I've just downloaded, built, install and run the quickstart - V1.1.0 (using
docker)
Everything seems to be working except that when I click 'create new
entity', the only options are four hbase_... types, hdfs_path and
kafka_topic. None of the other types appear in the dropdown menu. Yet, all
of the registered types appear in the search menus.

Have I missed any configuration?
