It seems the questions is: can Atlas store its metadata in Mongo DB? Atlas uses JanusGraph to store and query metadata; and JanusGraph doesn’t have support for MongoDB. Hence, Atlas doesn’t support storing metadata in MongoDB. Hope this helps.
