Hi Mohit, I think it would be useful if you could include a link to the documentation on the UI you're talking about. Looking at the source code, the UI uses Thrift via javascript to query the scheduler for the info it needs for each page. As far as I know, there is no way to query the scheduler for task status without using Thrift at this moment.
