You want the count attribute of the client-request latency histogram (closest thing to documentation here: http://cassandra.apache.org/doc/latest/operating/metrics.html#client-request-metrics). For the scope, there are more request-types than are listed in the documentation; For each CL there is a read/write scope, ala (Read|Write)-(LOCAL-QUORUM,LOCAL-ONE,QUORUM,ONE,...).
