Hey all, I'm having trouble with the building Cassandra 2.2.14 on CircleCI since Central Repo has stopped supporting http.*

One theory is that this reference is being automatically injected somewhere, but I'm not sure where or how to stop it. Has anyone else encountered this or has suggestions for how to fix?
